What's Included

• 3-hour timeslots
• Permit includes access to the garden for:
  • Up to 10, 20, or 30 subjects (select option below, varies by garden)
  • Up to 4 vendors (photographers, videographers, planners, etc); these do not count against the total number of subjects allowed under the permit
• Permit is not an exclusive booking; remain respectful of other visitors or groups on site

Gardens & Pricing

Garden descriptions and photos available at rbg.ca/photography

• Gardens are located at different addresses (within 3 km of eachother); you are welcome to book more than one location, though transportation will be required to move between gardens
• Separate on-site parking fees apply for the Arboretum, paid upon arrival
• Pricing varies by date and garden area. Book a Monday-Thursday to save! (holidays exempt from this offer)

Please Note:

• Permit registration closes at 12 p.m. (noon) one day prior to the permit date. Space is limited, and permits can fill quickly for popular dates / venues.
• In the case of inclement weather, permits may be transferred to another date (pending availability)
